The kickoff program on Thursday, Feb. 1 will feature Rev. Nathaniel Gadsden as keynote speaker. --- On Feb. 8, the emphasis will be on children and youth. Students from Harrisburg High School will share their talents and musical gifts as they portray important figures in Black history. --- Finally, one of the main staples of the Black experience, gospel music, will be on display on Feb. 22.
