Forecast Discussion: As a persistent upper level trough lingers over the Northeast, unseasonably cold air will continue to filter into the Susquehanna Valley over the next several days. Clouds will increase during the evening hours and the chance for flurries returns for Thursday and Friday as a clipper races southeast from Canada and intesifies offshore.

Tonight: Cloudy and cold with flurries. Low near 26.

Thursday: Mostly cloudy, brisk and cold. Passing flurries or sprinkles. High near 42.

Friday: Mostly cloudy and windy with flurries. High: 38.
